For the costumes that she wears, Leighton speaks that they are very enjoyable to wear and very fabulous. She adds that she did not have anything like that at all when she was becoming an adult at that age. However, she says that her very own personal style is certainly not like the costumes that she wears, because she's a bit of a chameleon style, stating that her fashion style is continually changing. She is somewhat eclectic, and she or he likes to try a little bit of everything, but makes sure that she is casual and relaxed. In summary, she says "Pretty much whatever's comfortable is the greatest choice for me". If you want to follow her star style, choose the most basic, and most comfortable and casual clothes you have in your wardrobe, making sure that you do not overuse just one article.
Her favorite designers include Kenneth Cole, Ferragamo for bags, Zac Posen, Nanette Lepore, Marc Jacobs, Julie Has and Diane von Furstenberg. She says that she can't just pick one designer as her favorite because she uses and loves "different name brands for lots of different occasions".
When asked what her best gift for herself is, Leighton answered that what she would like to give herself and what she'd want to receive using their company people is to be given some time off for herself from work, which she answered having a smile.
